I'll direct you on where to get your vitamins, minerals, proteins, and healthy fats into your diet. I'll also advise you on supplements you need to consider while living this lifestyle. Why me? I've been vegan for over 10 years & vegetarian for 5 years prior to going vegan. I'm now certified in holistic nutrition and can safely guide you and save you a lot of time researching what to incorporate into your diet. There's a lot of misinformation online. Both times I changed diets as an adolescent and teenager, my doctor referred me to a nutritionist - I'm so glad he did! A list of grocery stores which have many vegetarian/vegan food options will be provided.
